Olive green peasant top - Arden B., Skirt - Anthropologie, Strappy wedges - Jeffrey Campbell |
I put my hair in two messy buns (Husband said it was reminiscent of Princess Leia) to vibe with the top, and I felt cute all day! Thinking about my hair for just two seconds really pays off.
Tonight I went to a book club meeting to talk about Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk by David Sedaris. Most people didn't like it, but it was an easy read that brought up interesting conversations. I'm glad it wasn't my first encounter with Sedaris because it isn't typical Sedaris and it's not his best. My full review is here on Goodreads.
great start to the remix! everything goes so well together. and your hair is super cute--wish i was able to pull that off! :)

Thanks! The shirt was a last-minute addition to the 30 for 30, and I'm so glad I found it hiding in the back of the closet because the color is perfect.
ReplyDeleteThe best part of the hair was that it gave me soft waves the next day!
This outfit is so cute! I love it! Now I wish I hadn't passed on that skirt...really looking forward to seeing the rest of your 30 for 30 outfits. =)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I wasn't sure about the skirt...until I put my hands in the pockets (love pockets) and twirled around the fitting room some (love twirling around too). I can't wait to wear it with the other planned 30 for 30 shirts.
ReplyDeleteYou look so cute, love the hairstyle, I tried it out too
ReplyDeleteGlad you tried the hairstyle too! Super easy, right? Just take two seconds to do it, and you automatically look like more of a style girl just because you did something, anything to it.
